TNG1SXCL overview

 

TNG1SXCL 80G VC3/VC12 Low Order Universal Cross-Connect Board applied  to Huawei OptiX OSN 9800 M24.

To meet ultra-large cross-connect capacity and bandwidth requirements, Huawei presents the OptiX OSN 9800 product series. The OptiX OSN 9800 product series include the OptiX OSN 9800 U64, U32, P18 and universal platform subracks. Applied at the electrical layer, the OptiX OSN 9800 U64 and U32 subracks share boards by using unified software and hardware platforms, and can work with the OptiX OSN 9800 universal platform subrack and P18 subrack, OptiX OSN 8800 platform subrack and T16 subrack, and OptiX OSN 6800 optical subracks in WDM and OTN systems.

The TNG1SXCL board has two variants: TNG1SXCL03 and TNG1SXCL06. The two variants are interchangeable.

NOTE:
When a board works in active state, do not perform a cold reset on the board. Do not remove a board in active state. You must switch the board to the standby state before removing it. You can use Manual Switching on the NMS to configure the board as the standby board or turn on the two micro switches on the front panel to switch the board to the standby state. You can view the active/standby board status through indicators.
