MA5608T Overview

The Huawei MA5600T series OLT includes MA5608T, MA5680T and MA5683T, as a series of large-/medium-/small-capacity devices, they share the same software platform and service boards.

• Large-capacity device: MA5680T
• Medium-capacity device: MA5683T
• Small-capacity device: MA5608T

Huawei SmartAX MA5608T multi-service access module which can be used as the mini OLT, 2 service slots, supports EPON, GPON, X-GPON, X-EPON and P2P service, provides Internet access, voice, and video services to subscribers; H801MABR service subrack with 2 slots, MCUD and MPWD AC power board

Sopported Main Control Board and Service Board

Main control board:

• MCUD(the most applications main control board, which comes with 2 GE and 2 10GE uplink ports)
• MCUD1(supports 2 GE and 2 GE/10GE uplink ports)

Pon Service board:

• 8 GPON ports interface board: GPBD, GPBH
• 16 GPON ports interface board: GPFD
• 8 EPON ports interface board:EPBD
• 16 EPON ports interface board: EPFD
• 8 XGPON ports interface board:XGBD
• 8 XEPON ports interface board:XEBD

MA5608T has 2 main control board slots, which can be matched with GE and 10GE main control board, you can choose single GE or dual GE; single 10GE or dual 10GE, but kindly note 1 GE and 1 10GE can not be use together in the same one device.

MA5608T has only one power unit slot, can be matched with AC or DC power supply.
