Handling Process
1. Check the MAC address learning on the PON port. It is found that the MAC address cannot be learned.
The MA5800.D(diagnose)%% display mac-address port 0/14/0 0-3 port cannot learn MAC addresses.

5. Checked the log of the internal communication port on the board. It was found that an NP hardware alarm was generated on the internal communication port.

Root cause
The first four PON ports fail to learn MAC addresses due to NP hardware faults.
Solution
Restart the board. If the problem persists, replace the board.
