Issue Description
HG8245Q2 faces wifi interruptions, however the cat5 ports are available.

For example, the customer wants to play games using his PS4. 2.4G or 5G, the customer tried both. If the customer connected it with wifi, there will be a stop for the whole internet service. It looks like the service is restarting. After less than 30 secs the services recovers. But if the customer continues using his PS4 gaming, the same thing happens.

Root Cause
Dyinggasp is a signal record, which is sent automatically when the input voltage does not meet the device’s normal operation. So, after this analysis, the power adapter/ voltage needed to be checked.

Solution
A comparison test with the replacement adapter found that the problem disappeared after the adapter was replaced, so we can confirm that this problem is due to an abnormal power adapter.
