Q1: How to log in to the optical modem web interface?
1. Wireless login method
a. Connect your phone/pad/computer to the optical modem’s Wi-Fi.
b. Enter the IP address in the browser address bar and press Enter. The browser pops up a login window and enter your account and password. Use an Ethernet cable to connect the Ethernet port of the optical modem and the personal computer.

b. Set the computer’s IP address and the optical modem’s IP address to the same network segment.

For example: Optical modem’s IP address: 192.168.*.* (Optical modem’s IP address is on the product nameplate)

Then the computer’s IP address: 192.168.*.*

c. Log in to the Web configuration interface.

Enter the IP address in the browser address bar and press Enter. The browser pops up a login window, enter the account and password.

Q2: How to change the Wi-Fi password?

a. Use a mobile phone/pad/computer to log in to the optical modem’s web interface. Please refer to “How to log in to the optical modem’s web interface”.

b. Select “Advanced Configuration > Wireless Network > 2.4G/5G Wireless Basic Configuration” page.

 

Q3: What should I do if I forget my Wi-Fi password?

a. Use your phone/pad/computer to log in to the optical modem’s web interface. Please refer to “How to log in to the optical modem’s web interface”.

b. Select “Advanced Configuration > Wireless Network > 2.4G/5G Wireless Basic Configuration” page.

 

Q4: Why can’t I connect to the wireless network?

Q5: I can connect to the wireless network, but I can’t access the Internet?

a. Turn off the power, restart the optical modem, and then try to connect to the wireless network.

b. Check whether the wired connection can access the Internet.

If the wired connection also cannot access the Internet, it means that the network is faulty, please contact us.

 

Q6: Why can’t I search for my own wireless signal?

Q7: How to restore factory settings?

Press and hold the “Reset” button for more than 10 seconds to restore factory settings;

Please use the factory settings restore function with caution, as it may cause the device to be unable to access the Internet.

 

Q8: How to hide the Wi-Fi name?

Q9: What should I do if the Internet speed is slow?

a. Check the line, re-plug the network cable, and see if it returns to normal;

b. Check if you are downloading, watching online videos, or other communications that occupy a lot of bandwidth. Due to bandwidth limitations, these network applications will occupy a lot of network bandwidth, resulting in slow Internet speed;c. Change the computer/mobile phone/pad to confirm whether it is caused by insufficient performance of the terminal itself.
